Woofcessories was started in 2020, but, in fact, began a decade earlier. Ayna, the founder, loved to make accessories for the family dog. She holds a degree in fashion design and has several years of experience working in the (human) fashion world. These years of experience gave her a strong grasp of trend forecasting, building a collection, and production cycles. In 2019, our mascot, Sassafras, came along. Ayna decided that this is the perfect time to fulfil the dream - a dog fashion brand!

After a few months of research and testing, Woofcessories was started in mid-2020. Each collection begins with a careful review and selection of the styles. With a touch of humor and a love of color, Ayna makes each collection uniquely exciting. Woofcessories features a growing array of exclusive designs, created in-house, and not available anywhere else. Our current selection of products includes:

• Bandanas - Tie-on styles with snaps. The perfect pairing for the increasing popularity of harnesses.
• Bow ties - These attach easily to the collar with our special velcro system. No more struggling with getting an elastic over the buckle.
• Waste Bag holders - These fit two rolls of doggie bags, making sure you never run out when on a walk.
• Berets (seasonal)- Since their introduction in late 2021, berets have been a huge hit with the dog owners and dogs of NYC.
• Scarves (seasonal) - These complement hoodies and sweaters, which leave the neck open. Our scarves slip comfortably over the pup's head, providing warmth.
• Sweaters (seasonal) - Only available during the Holiday season (November-December) these are hand crocheted by Ayna throughout the year and are often one of a kind.
• Leashes- Made of a durable, smell free, easy to clean material, our leashes can withstand all your adventures.
