How can I figure out my dog's size?

Why does my bandana pattern not match the photo?
All of our bandanas are hand cut, so the pattern on your bandana might differ slightly depending on the size of the bandana as well as the cut of the fabric.
How do I care for my Woofcessories product?
Bandanas - Wash on cold setting, hang dry. All our bandanas come with BPA free plastic snaps, be careful when ironing them.
Bandanas with trims/vinyl - handwash and hang dry. Iron ONLY on low setting from the reverse side so as not to damage vinyl/trims
Please be aware that all our bandanas have plastic snaps on each side. Do not leave your dogs unsupervised when wearing any kinds of accessories and do not let them chew on the bandanas/bow ties to prevent ingestion of any item. Woofcessories is not responsible for any damage/harm due to misuse of our products.
Bow Ties - Handwash cold and air dry.
Recycled Cotton Poop bag holders -Hand wash only.
Vegan Leather Poop bag holders - Wipe clean.
Leashes - Wipe clean. Or for more stubborn stains, use a mild soap or dish detergent. Do not soak as it may ruin the hardware.

All our products are made in NYC.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to complete your order. We try to ship orders as quickly
as possible. Typically, we ship them out faster than this time line.
Please note that once a package is handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for any error made on behalf of USPS, including late deliveries, or lost/damaged items. If you do run into issues with shipping, please contact us and we will do what we can to help.
What are your shipping fees?
All shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on current USPS fees.
When will I receive my order?
All our orders are shipped with USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise selected at checkout. Please note that upgrading shipping via Priority Mail only affects the shipping time and not the processing time.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns/exchanges on some items. Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. In the case of an exchange, the shipping fee for a new item as well.
Items must be in original/unworn/unused/unwashed condition and shipped back in original packaging. Your refund will only be processed after we receive the item.
